As Senior Trainer I have been responsible for training Customer Service Representatives in Monster’s Shared Service Centre in Brno, as well as delivering on-line training to employees worldwide. This included training development and instructional design. As Content Specialist I have been responsible for creating content for the Knowledge Base and keeping it up-to-date. As Quality Assurance Specialist I was responsible for call and email monitoring of Dutch Customer Service Representatives, preparing materials for the management for coaching of employees, participation in improvement of the efficiency of processes. Key Achievements: I coordinated, developed and delivered New Hire Training I developed and delivered training on Recruiting and Social Media I developed Customer Training materials for 7 countries, and kept these materials up-to-date. Human Dynamics is an Austrian consultancy firm, leading Development projects in all parts of the world. I worked for the EU-PHARE project „Support to the National Strategy to Improve Roma Conditions“ as part of an international team of experts. I was responsible for designing the Community Development component of the project and delivered workshops. Key Achievements: I designed and developed the training component of a nation-wide Community Development project I delivered train-the-trainer sessions to local community workers I co-delivered workshops and organised meetings in remote Roma communities Project coordinator, community worker Spolu-CZ (Later renamed to Horizonty) Brno – CZ November 1998 – March 2003 Spolu-CZ was an NGO, working in the sphere of capacity building, training and community work. Its work was mainly directed to disadvantaged Roma communities in The Czech Republic as well as in Slovakia. For Spolu-CZ I designed and coordinated projects, worked on fundraising and did community work in locations with large Roma communities. In 1997/1998 this was also the topic of my graduate thesis, for which I did a next, more detailed, qualitative research in Brno. Knowing the Roma community in Brno very well helped me a lot when starting with community work in one of Brno’s most socially disadvantaged locations.
