Yoga Postures (Asana) Daily hatha and ashtanga yoga classes will help you enhance physical strength, inner strength, and flexibility of both body and mind.
Meditation (Dhyana) You will learn and practice different meditation techniques that bring about physical, mental, and emotional tranquility. These include breathing awareness meditation, AUM (Om) or mantra meditation, trataka, tips for developing concentration, silence practice, and Sufi meditation.
Yoga Nidra (Psychic Sleep) By moving through various internal states of Yoga Nidra, you will experience profound relaxation, leading to a sense of pure bliss known as
“turiya.” This practice covers basic relaxation, tension relaxation, and full body relaxation.
Yogic Cleansing (Shatkarma) These cleansing exercises are important for incorporating proper breath control and meditation during the physical aspects of yoga. They also remove blockages in the energy channels. The practices covered include Jala Neti, Vamana Dhauti, and Kapalabhati.
Emotional Detoxification Kriyas This three-day program combines techniques such as pressure point activation, breathing exercises, sound and laughter release, and meditation to effectively release emotional toxins and accumulated emotions in the body.
Naturopathy You will learn about the five elements and how to use them to detoxify your body and mind. The program includes mud therapy, water therapy, air therapy (breathing techniques), and teachings on increasing the fire and ether elements in life.
Sufi Meditation This intense meditation practice works on the physical, mental, and energetic levels, providing a unique spiritual experience. By incorporating these various elements, this program offers a comprehensive approach to holistic well-being, combining physical exercise, breath control, meditation, emotional release, naturopathic principles, and spiritual practices.
