TTD Launches One-Month Trial for Online SRIVANI Darshan Tickets
Keeping in view the convenience of devotees, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has taken a significant step by introducing an online current booking system for SRIVANI Trust darshan tickets on a trial basis, which will come into effect from 9th January 2026 onwards. This move aims to reduce long waiting hours at Tirumala counters and provide a smoother, more transparent booking experience for devotees seeking the sacred darshan of Sri Venkateswara Swamy.
WHAT IS SRIVANI DARSHAN? SRIVANI (Sri Venkateswara Aalayala Nirmanam) Trust darshan allows devotees to contribute towards temple construction and development while availing Break Darshan at Tirumala. Until now, a major portion of these tickets were issued only through offline counters. With the new initiative, TTD has brought a large part of this process online for the benefit of devotees.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF THE NEW ONLINE SRIVANI BOOKING SYSTEM 1. Conversion of Offline Tickets to Online Mode
The 800 SRIVANI Trust Break Darshan tickets, which were earlier issued at Tirumala counters, will now be made available through online current booking. This is in addition to the existing online quota of 500 tickets, which was introduced three months earlier. This change significantly increases online availability and reduces dependency on physical counters.
2. Daily Online Ticket Release Schedule Devotees planning SRIVANI darshan should carefully note the daily schedule:
Online ticket release: Every day at 9:00 AM Booking window: From 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Reporting time at Tirumala: 4:00 PM on the same day Darshan type: Same-day SRIVANI Break Darshan
This structured timing ensures smooth crowd management and a better darshan experience.
3. One-Month Trial Run
The online current booking system for SRIVANI tickets will undergo a onemonth trial period. Based on the response, booking flow, and operational outcomes, TTD will take a final decision regarding: o Continuation of the system o Modification of SRIVANI darshan timings o Future ticket allocation structure
