Chloe was stuck in a painful loop after the sudden loss of an aging parent. An overwhelming sense of guilt took over as she questioned why she hadn’t made more of an effort to see her loved one before their passing. Through therapy, Chloe uncovered the source of this guilt, determining the selfblame was simply a way of trying to regain control over the uncontrollable.
