You may request a service through our website, phone, or email. Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via phone or email. You must provide accurate details about the property size, condition, and special requests. 3. Pricing and Payments
Pricing is based on the type of service, property size, and scope of work. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for special conditions (e.g., excessive clutter, deep cleaning). Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, cash, or other approved payment methods. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To avoid fees, cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments with no notice may be subject to the full service charge. 5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time. Valuable or fragile items should be secured or removed before service. A fee may still apply if cleaners cannot access the property or complete the job due to safety or access issues. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address any missed areas at no additional cost (some conditions may apply). 7. Liability
We are insured and take every precaution to avoid damage or loss. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or unsecured valuables. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the completed service. 8. Use of Website
