Fashion Designing History in Men’s Garments
The modern styling of men’s clothes may have happened in the 21st century but the concept of outfits for men has been around since the Ancient Egyptian era. It was the first time which showed that men’s fashion is more than just a means to cover the body. They used their sense of styling to influence and intimidate their rivals and inferiors. Every level of the system in Ancient Egypt had their uniforms. Not only outfits but they even used jewellery items to show-off their royalty, wealth, leadership and social status. This continued till the demolishing of Rome, Greece and the Middle Ages. Men’s fashion took a new course in the 1700s when clothes were important not just to be worn but also to maintain a status in their community. These outfits helped to take the relationship further in the community which, in turn, helped in expanding their businesses. By the end of the
18th century, English fashion designers came up with comfortable bodysuits for men. These suits showed that the person wearing it is ranked high in their hierarchy.

Various Fashion Designs in Men’s Casual Wear There has been a lot of change since then and today men’s fashion has become much more casual unless they are attending a high-society gathering. A lot of garments like jackets, jeans, t-shirts and shirts worn by men are acceptable in almost all places. However, there are many variations in these clothes too. A t-shirt is considered to be the most casual upper body garment for men. Also, it is a fact that fitted t-shirts not only look good but also give them confidence. You can wear a t-shirt with jeans or chinos. For more styling, one can use a biker or denim jacket.

2. C hinos Every man in our country has at least one chino in his wardrobe. It boomed a lot 3 years back and 9 out of 10 men on the streets could be seen wearing them. The best thing about wearing chinos is that they are crisp and do not wrinkle a lot. Even if it requires ironing, the process does not take much time either. Chinos are considered to be a professional and party wear, in the casual wear world. You can even pair it with a shirt and blazer to attend ceremonies, festivals and weddings. Chinos are considered to be extremely versatile, especially in bright and neutral colours.

3. S weatshirts Many people think that sweatshirts are feminine but that is not the case. A sweatshirt looks great and keeps you warm. People love different kinds of necks in sweatshirts like round and V-neck. You can wear them in neutral colours like navy blue or olive green to the office for a professional look. To look more stylish and apt to attend ceremonies, festivals and weddings, you can wear a buttoned shirt under it.

4. F lannel Shirts Another garment which every man must own is a flannel shirt. There was a time when these kinds of shirts only existed and had only one pattern which was checkered. Due to the checkered pattern, other colours need to be styled as minimal as possible so the flannel shirt can be highlighted. The best choice in a flannel shirt is to choose a checkered pattern in red and black colour. You can wear this checkered shirt with skinny jeans and trainers to look stylish and ready to go. Apart from checkered flannel shirts, many people are lately opting for bold colours without patterns. The bold colours which look great in a flannel shirt are brown, grey, green and white. 5. K hakis A garment which is worn by men for many decades and they love to wear it even today. In the olden days, the concept of Khakis required it to be baggy, high waisted and pleated. But that is not the case anymore. A modern Khaki can be low-waist and not much baggy if that’s how the designer wants it to be. Also, many colours come in Khakis now like navy blue, which you can wear with a buttoned shirt and coat to look classy.
