Thus, for them we are representing before National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and filing writs in High Courts respectively.
REGULAR CIVIL LITIGATION We have regular and a routine course civil litigation cases before Civil Judge, (Junior and Senior Division), Family Court and District Court. We are dealing in cases like Rent Control cases between Tenant and Landlord, Matrimonial disputes cases between husband-wife including custody of children, filing application for taking injunction, seeking compensation under Motor Vehicle Act, disputes between family members regarding “WILL”, partition suit and cancellation of instruments etc. Not only in lower and trial court but also before High Court we are filing civil suit (original side), filing case under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. Apart from it we also solve disputes among trustees of temples and other social trusts. We are handling many cases of cinema and T.V. Artists and other known figures of television including some politicians.
