Elements Branding Solutions Unveils Cutting-Edge Sustainable Packaging at Apparel Textile Sourcing Canada 2025 Our team recently showcased at Apparel Textile Sourcing Canada 2025, which took place at The International Center in Mississauga from September 29 to October 1. It was amazing to spend three days with people who work in clothing and retail, who are very interested in packaging solutions that strike a balance between design, durability, and environmental impact. We showed off our newest line of eco-friendly mailers, boxes, reusable bags, hang tags, and woven labels at booth #138. These products are all made to help apparel and retail firms cut down on waste without compromising quality or style. The response was quite positive, with visitors excited to learn about genuine, useful packaging options that are in line with today’s sustainability aims . This year was the 10th anniversary of ATSC. It brought together suppliers from across the world, Canadian buyers, and experts in clothing innovation. It was more than just an expo for us; it was a chance to highlight how Elements Branding Solutions helps firms create better, more environmentally friendly packaging choices for the future.
Why We Chose ATSC Canada 2025 Setting up a booth and hoping visitors stop by isn’t enough at trade exhibitions. It was smart for us to go to ATSC 2025. This event has become Canada’s best place to find suppliers, buyers, and manufacturers from all around the world. The International Center hosts more than 450 events every year, and decision-makers who are looking for solutions come here a lot. The time was also perfect. The show ran from September 29 to October 1 and had workshops on topics we care about, like sustainable supply chains, new materials, and the future of responsible textile production. “Panel Discussion: Strengthening Sustainable Supply Chains Through Reliable Trading Partnerships” was a presentation that truly struck a chord with us. We accomplish that every day from our offices in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Indonesia.
What We Showcased At Our Booth (#138) Our booth was created around brands’ real-world, readyto-ship solutions that they can use right now. We looked for practical, long-lasting solutions that meet the brand’s needs, pass quality checks, and get to their destination on schedule.
Mailers: We showed our recycled poly mailers and paper mailers made for online shopping. They are light, can’t be opened, and come with a second sticky strip for returns. Boxes: Corrugated mailer boxes and stiff presentation boxes for subscription and premium SKUs (the key themes were right-sizing and protection). Reusable bags and packaging: Brands that want to reduce single-use waste can use glassine paper bags and nylon and woven tote bags that can be used again and again. Hang tags & Tags and bags: Custom printed hang tags, care cards, and printed bags that help tell a sustainability story on unboxing. Woven labels: Durable, premium labeling for garments that withstand washing and deliver a high-end look. Samples & boards: Our display boards had samples of finishes, coatings, adhesives, and confirmed recycled content that purchasers could touch to see how they worked.
Trends We Observed At ATS Canada 2025 Walking the show and listening to the seminars, three trends stood out: 1. Sustainability as a starting point— Panels like “Strengthening Sustainable Supply Chains” and “Empower Consumers with Confidence through OEKOTEX®” made it clear that sustainability is not an option; it’s a condition for buying. Not only do customers question, “Can you make it?” now they also ask, “Can you prove it?” 2. Right-sizing and circularity — Brands are focused on right-sized packaging (which is good for the environment) and designs that make it easy to reuse and recycle. More and more, the choice between a mailer and a box is based on statistics. 3. Material innovation — People wanted to know which materials really perform in real logistics situations, from bio-based films to advanced recycled papers. That’s why we provided samples that have been tested for performance. The topics of the seminars, which ranged from trade policy to new materials, were exactly what people asked us about at our exhibit. It backed up our plan to combine promises of sustainability with performance that can be tested and transparent supply-chain verification.
Why This Matters For Your Brand The packaging you choose has an effect on expenses, how customers see your business, and refunds. Some short numbers that came up in talks and reports from the industry: The market for shipping mailers is forecast to expand from $20.7 billion in 2025 to $28.4 billion by 2035. The market for mailer boxes is also expected to rise from $4.4 billion to $8.4 billion in the same time period. Almost half of the demand for mailers today originates from online shopping; therefore, the choices you make about packaging have a direct effect on the experience of your customers. Surveys reveal that a lot of people are eager to spend more for eco-friendly packaging. This means that sustainability can help with conversion and loyalty if done correctly. That’s why we advise starting with evidence: test samples, figure out the total landed cost (materials + postage + storage + returns), and pick packaging that fits both your brand story and how your business works.
What’s Next for Elements Branding Solutions ATSC 2025 reinforced our mission: to help brands move toward smarter, more eco-friendly packaging. More and more people want eco-friendly mailers, reusable bags, and compostable materials. This shows that being eco-friendly is the norm. We’re already following up with brands that talked to us at the event. We’re sending them sample packets that are made just for them, pricing comparisons, and prototype runs to help them quickly and easily bring their sustainable ideas to reality.
