Probably the best art museum on the planet. You can get in for 20 euros. Don't bother with Firenze card as anywhere else you enter for free will be so-so. From early renaissance to the highest it's all here. One blockbuster after the next. There are the irritating Russians, Japanese etc that like... More

Overwhelming! Wide range of Medicine medieval art collection. The sheer volume of art is overwhelming, we stayed for 4 hours and were exhausted.

World Class art gallery What more can you say? Allow plenty of time, and get the audio tour. Outstanding, world-class art gallery. If you think you will want to go more than one day (entirely plausible if you want to do a deep dive), just by the one-year ticket... More

Amazing experience - book in advance Really enjoyed all the art. We booked our tickets online before visiting which would recommend, the queue can be crazy outside (plus it can be warm!). We didn't do an audio guide, just got a booklet in there. If you do this Google the top... More

Book ahead through your hotel Could have spent all day here. Wonderful. Take your passport if you want to hire an audio guide. Smaller than I thought it would be, but a whole treasure trove and very informative.
