Nile Perch Fish Nile perch – Lates Niloticus: This fresh water �sh is wild caught using nets and hand lines.It is a �rm textured, white �sh, available year round, which is not only �avourful and pleasant to your palate, but also abundantly rich in the omega oils – known for many health bene�ts, namely the lowering of cholesterol.We process and package (to your requirements) a range of fresh and chilled products: skinless �llets, skin on �llets, headless and gutted, and �sh maws.
