S2. Ability to apply SWOT analysis to your organisation focusing on Leadership S3. Ability to present material in a clear and coherent manner, which demonstrate good literature searches and referencing skills S4. Ability to undertake, and log the hours spent, on the workbased learning placement PORTFOLIO ASSESSMENT OUTLINE Your portfolio will be assessed against the specific learning outcomes identified above. You should consider the following criteria as a guide to producing your work in addition to the university’s assessment criteria: 

Details of the placement organisation including the nature of its activities



Critical analysis of your experiences and performance within the organisation in relation to the leadership and management theories in the development of your skills, knowledge and understanding



Critical evaluation of the role of managers as leaders in the organization and use of SWOT analysis to your organisation focusing on Leadership



Critical use of appropriate theories to discuss the sociological concepts of reflexivity



A critical evaluation of the ethical codes of conduct in relation to your organisation including its activities.
