This WCAP portal is your access point for the Washington assessment system tools and resources. Online Reporting System (ORS) provides interactive online reports for authorized state-level representatives, district superintendents, principals, teachers and administrators. Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) provides tools for managing user accounts, student information and rosters, assessment eligibility, test settings, orders for testing materials, and appeals. Digital Library offers professional learning resources and K-12 instructional materials—including lesson plans, units, and learning modules—for educators to use daily with students and staff. Resources are aligned to Washington State Learning Standards for English language arts and mathematics and focus on the formative assessment attributes. Interim Teacher Hand Scoring System (THSS) allows educators to score specific interim item responses that require human scoring. Scorers can view students’ responses to each item and enter scores or mark them with condition codes. Assessment Viewing Application (AVA) provides test administrators access to the actual interim assessments and specific items to inform planning and instructional decisions.
