8 Best WooCommerce ‘Request a Quote’ Plugins Certain WooCommerce shops are not able to depend on fixed prices. When you are selling wholesale, in bulk, or custom goods or B2B services, customers will hardly check out at the listed price. They demand discounts, negotiated prices, or custom packages. An inflexible pricing system can silently take away high-value orders. It is there that a WooCommerce request quote system will become very necessary. A WooCommerce quote can be used to enable the customer to request a specific price dependent on the quantity, requirement, or business terms, instead of forcing them to go through the checkout. You consider the request, email a personalized WooCommerce quote, and turn it into an order when it has been approved. The right Request a Quote plugin helps you hide prices, replace the Add to Cart button, capture serious leads, and manage dynamic pricing efficiently. You revisit the query and provide a personalized WooCommerce quote with revised prices, taxation, or shipping conditions. After customer approval, the quote may be turnedintoo a typical WooCommerce order.
