ABOUT US Dayitwa NGO envisions growing as an idea across regions, economies, and countries using urban discard as a tool to alleviate poverty and enhance the dignity of the world’s underprivileged people. Address basic but neglected issues of the poor by involving them in evolving their solutions with dignity and urban material as a reward Dayitwa Foundation, an Indian social development organization, is directly benefitting over 15 lakh children and their families every year. We have more than 400 live welfare projects on education, healthcare, livelihood, and women’s empowerment in over 2,000 remote villages and urban slums across 25 states of India.Dayitwa views every entity as equal stakeholder in the process of development rather than observing hierarchical relationships. In the race of development, we all are too focused on machines i.e. the big and known issues, ignoring the needles- the most important basic needs.
OUR PROGRAMS Education
School Support Programme: Assisting schools with resources and support to enhance the quality of education. Higher Education for Underprivileged: Providing scholarships and guidance to underprivileged students pursuing higher education. Job-Oriented Education: Offering vocational training to equip individuals with skills for employment.
Healthcare
Implementing health awareness campaigns and providing access to essential medical services in underserved areas.
Women Empowerment
Conducting programs aimed at empowering women through education, skill development, and access to essential services, enabling them to become selfsufficient.
Special Support Program
Offering assistance to vulnerable and marginalized individuals, ensuring they have access to quality healthcare, education, and social support services.
Skill Paathshala: A platform offering a wide range of topics, from web designing to photography, allowing learners to study at their own pace from the comfort of their homes. Ebooks are available for free download.
