ACT
FOR AMERICA Call on the Senate to Pass the SAVE America Act
www.actforamerica.org
The SAVE America Act, introduced by Congressman Chip Roy (RTX) and Senator Mike Lee (R-UT), is a strengthened and updated version of the original SAVE Act designed to secure America’s elections. This improved legislation (S. 3752) adds a clear voter ID requirement for federal elections while preserving the original bill’s proof-of-citizenship requirement for voter registration. Together, these provisions ensure that only U.S. citizens can register and vote, require states to verify citizenship in person, and mandate the removal of non-citizens from existing voter rolls— commonsense protections supported by a strong majority of Americans.

On February 11th, the U.S. House fulfilled its responsibility by passing this historic election integrity legislation. The SAVE America Act now moves to the U.S. Senate, where it faces a challenging—but achievable—path to final passage. If the Republican majority stands firm and resists Democratic delay tactics.

Now is the moment for citizens to stand up and demand action. Voter ID and citizenship verification are not partisan ideas—they are fundamental safeguards for election integrity and public trust. Americans must contact their Senators in Washington, D.C., and urge them to support the SAVE America Act and see it through to final passage. Click the “Take Action Now” button on this page and send a clear message to Senators in Washington: Pass the SAVE America Act, no matter what it takes. www.actforamerica.org
