This Lifetime Achivement Award in Graduate Education recognizes his ability to inspire students with his boundless enthusiasm for new approaches to teaching, technology, and business. As a researcher, he is internationally recognized for his pioneering work in gradient-index optics. Moore is author of six books and more than 100 papers.
