CORPORATE STRATEGY AND OBJECTIVES: • Explore to develop world-class copper-gold porphyry and VMS deposits in North America
• Romios’ plans are to advance the development of the Newmont Lake Project in BC’s Golden Triangle • The Newmont Lake 2018 exploration program has started. An airborne VTEM-magnetic geophysical survey comprising 663 line-kms of flight was completed in February. Results will be released as they become available • Unlock potential of Romios’ other properties through joint venture and/or strategic partnership • Enhance shareholders’ value February 2018

BURGUNDY RIDGE DISCOVERY •
Widespread exposed mineralization extends over an area of 350 metres-long by 225 metres-wide and over 150 metres in elevation or depth (see News Release September 4, 2013)
•
In 2013, assays from 100 grid rock samples varied from zero to 6.18% Cu, 3.57 g/t Au, 28.5 g/t Ag, and 5.85% Cu, 3.89 g/t Au, 13.70 g/t Ag. The arithmetic average of all the 100 grid samples is 0.47% Cu, 0.27 g/t Au, and 3.77 g/t Ag. (see News Release October 7, 2013)
•
In 2014 (see News Release September 23, 2014), results from seven lines of rock samples taken are as follows: - Line # E310551-E310582: Length - 45 metres, containing 0.30% Cu, 0.07 g/t Au and 3.19 g/t Ag
- Line #E310602-E310620: Length – 24 metres, containing 0.72% Cu, 0.08 g/t Au, and 5.17 g/t Ag - Line #E310868-E310872: Length – 6 metres, containing 2.27% Cu, 12.14 g/t Au, and 48.77 g/t Ag - Line #E310680-E310693: Length – 18 metres, containing 0.59% Cu, 0.33 g/t Au, and 4.93 g/t Ag - Line #E310533-E310539: Length – 12 metres, containing 0.43% Cu, 0.38 g/t Au, and 18.67 g/t Ag
- Line #E310664-E310679: Length–22.5 metres, containing 0.48% Cu, 0.18 g/t Au, and 2.55 g/t Ag - Line #E310832-E310837: Length – 9 metres, containing 0.87% Cu, 0.12 g/t Au, and 7.97 g/t Ag •
One 3.0 metre long rock chip sample assayed 5.12% Cu, 28.49 g/t Au and 89.65 g/t Ag including 1.5 metres of 9.11% Cu, 51.2 g/t Au and 171.0 g/t Ag.
•
Both assays and geologic mapping strongly support the extension of the mineralization to the north, west, and south.
•
The assay results confirm the high potential of this zone and represent significant drill-ready targets for future exploration programs.

LUNDMARK-AKOW LAKE PROPERTY, ONTARIO (100% Owned) –Copper-Gold-Silver
• Located 18 km north of Goldcorp’s Musselwhite Gold mine, along the trend of regional iron formation-hosted gold and >3 km Cu-Au zone. • Copper-gold-silver massive sulphide discovered in 2017, open along strike and at depth. Grades 2.35% Cu, 1.4 g/t Au, 68 g/t Ag/1.4 m. • Numerous untested EM conductors near this massive sulphide discovery, exploration planned on these in 2018. • >3km long Copper-Gold zone now interpreted as an extensive “Lower Alteration Zone” typical of hydrothermal pathways beneath massive sulphides; potential for more discoveries along this zone. • Grab samples from Spence Showing run up to 1200 g/t gold, no work since 1998. New field work and evaluation planned for 2018. • Majority of regional iron formation remains untested. Exploration planned for 2018. February 2018

ROMIOS GOLD RESOURCES INC. – LUNDMARK-AKOW LAKE PROJECT
*Musselwhite Mine - Annual production of 250-270K ozs. gold and since 1997 has produced over 4M ozs. of gold. Gold occurs in altered high strain zones within tightly folded iron formation. Gold occurs preferentially in the near-vertical fold limbs with some spillover into the adjacent fold crests and troughs.

LUNDMARK-AKOW LAKE PROJECT – ADDITIONAL GOLD TARGETS
SPENCE SHOWING •
Gold in shear zones at basalt-porphyry dyke contacts in a >10m wide deformation zone with potassic alteration.
•
44 out of 150 grab samples in 1997 assayed from 1 g/t Au to 1200 g/t Au (38.6 oz/t Au).
•
Shallow drilling under the showing area intersected narrow zones of modest Au (e.g. 2.7m @ 2.6 g/t Au).
•
Largely unexplored along strike to north and south.
•
Needs to be re-examined in light of modern understanding of shear-hosted gold in this area.
•
Even low-grade zones may be of economic
significance in this area.
30 February 2018
