The Darden School of Business is seeking to hire three postdoctoral fellows to work with faculty in the areas of organizational behavior, marketing, business ethics, judgment and decision-making, behavioral operations, or related behavioral sciences.

The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia is seeking to hire three qualified Postdoctoral Fellows, each for 2-3 year terms. Postdoctoral Fellows will receive a salary, research budget, and collaborate on projects of mutual interest with faculty and doctoral students.

Responsibilities center on research activities and include being an active member of the scholarly community at Darden and UVA more broadly. There are no formal teaching responsibilities associated with the appointment, but fellows may have the option of designing (for extra compensation) one or two one-week global courses each year through our Center for Global Initiatives (http://www.darden.virginia.edu/dcgi/about/).
The positions requires scholars to have a strong background in behavioral research methods and an interest in exposure to a mix of basic and applied research projects and datadriven methodologies. We welcome Ph.D. graduates of organizational behavior, marketing, business ethics, judgment and decision-making, behavioral operations, or related behavioral science programs who are considering careers in business schools.
