TRAINER PROFILE Summary : Total of 21 years of experience as a Trainer, with Emirates Airline, in the following areas :
Load Control
Ramp Operations
Dangerous Goods Acceptance
Cargo
Highlights :
IATA Accredited Trainer in Dangerous Goods
Load Control Trainer in all types of Aircraft ( Both DCS and Manual)
Independently designed a Color-coded and more user-friendly Load Plan & Load sheet for the Airbus 310 Freighter of Emirates, which after careful studies conducted by our Emirates Operations and Airport Services, got accepted as the official Operational Documents of Emirates, to cancel and replace the corresponding Documents designed and presented by Airbus. Owing to the complexities of the A380, with its revolutionary new concepts related to the CG Centered Fuelling system,
most of the senior participants, from the multi-fold Departments, had struggled to understand the Introductory Training conducted by Airbus. Hence, while independently designing the In-house Training, had to deviate from the methodology of Airbus, and adopted a totally different approach, eventually achieving the successful licensing of all our Load Controllers, leading to a smooth and hassle-free transition at the work place. The independently designed “Airside Load Management” Program, in view of its simple style and carefully designed
progression, was the first Module from the Ground Operations arena, that was chosen to be hoisted for “E- Learning” It is now considered the Introductory Gate-way Program to all the subsequent Ground Operations Courses. The new Formula that was suggested in relation to the “Non Standard Fuelling” of A310 Freighter, was approved by the
Operations Manager to be inducted in the related Training Program and the official Operational Documents. Accomplishments : 1.
Was awarded for creating the ‘Script’ to support the Training Video in relation to “Ramp Safety”, in coordination with the Flight Safety Department, Flight Operations and Ramp.
2.
Was awarded for protecting the Cargo Revenue of Emirates, equivalent to almost 3000 Kg on every short sector flight of A380 from Hong Kong to Bangkok (on a daily basis) by suggesting a minor increase in the Fuel uplift to achieve a Safe Take-off CG, which otherwise would have caused a regular out-of-balance situation, necessitating its daily offload, leading to under-utilized Payload on every flight, all through the 365 days.

3.
Have been able to earn the satisfaction of the Students from all nationalities, in all the multi-level Courses related to Load Control, Cargo and Dangerous Goods.
4.
Was able to point out the reason for the inability to restrain the last AKE in the Forward Hold of the B777-300, that had been causing frequent delays at Dubai and Outstations. The reason and the solution, was answered in response to the concerned E Mail that was circulated by our Vice President Mr. Brendan Noonan, to all the Trainers.
5.
The wrong Unloading & Loading Procedure followed by the Ramp Operators at Zurich Airport, without switching off the PDUs under the locked ULDs, that could eventually lead to the damage of the PDUs rolling under the Locked and Loaded ULDs, was noticed while voluntarily checking the transit procedures, when travelling on the maiden Flight of B777-200 from Manchester to Dubai. The matter was reported to the ASM and later to the Training Superintendent. A Training program was subsequently initiated to train them on the correct operating procedure related to the use and operation of the Bay Switches, to ensure the longevity of the Power Driven Units and the Aircraft Restraint System.
