PA/Benefits – “Revamped” LOA Action reason codes and created Leave of Absence (LOA) Audit Reports. SAP – Implemented HANA “in memory” database which improved processing speed and will allow us to continue to enhance the system in the future. Interfaces – Created new Inbound/Outbound file option for Millersville time clocks (Dining Services/Facilities). Could be used for other Universities in the future as needed. Benefits – ACA – Developed and tested the system to meet the new requirements for the 2016 - 2017 reporting year. Benefits – PEBTF – required new plans to be configured and a new interface developed for 2017. All HR - Faculty strike planning, subsequent SAP development of special reports and mass system processing in October 2016. NWIDM – Added end dating of SU01 at employee separation. ESS – Account Alerts – improved the functionality of the screen and created a custom report that captures all changes to Bank account information through ESS for central auditing.

SAP – New features – SAP Personas 3.0 In SAP Screen Personas, a flavor is a specific personalization of an SAP transaction. A flavor is built on one SAP transaction, but any particular transaction may have multiple flavors. Personalization of screens within a transaction in a flavor can include a variety of changes, including simple adjustments like hiding unused screen elements, changing text labels and colors, or repositioning elements on the screen. More advanced personalizations can also be performed involving additional script processing and merging data from multiple screens into one.
