Apply for Benefits For your convenience, there are now three different ways to apply for or renew your benefits. You may choose to do so online, with a paper application, or in person. Online - Use the COMPASS( http://www.compass.state.pa.us ) website. With the click of a button you can see if you qualify, apply, and renew your benefits. In Person - Visit your local county assistance office( /citizens/findfacilsandlocs/countyassistanceofficecontactinformation/index.htm ) and apply in person Paper Application - Download the paper application ( English Version( /cs/groups/webcontent/documents/form/p_014338.pdf ) or Versión Española( /cs/groups/webcontent/documents/form/p_011870.pdf ) ) and mail it to your local county assistance office You can also check your eligibility before submitting your application using the online COMPASS website.
