Everything you need to know about becoming a Season Ticket Subscriber!!! Leave a comment Mary Poppins, Memphis, The Addams Family, The Book of Mormon, Les Mis!!!!!!!! ….What amazing an amazing collection of shows and the best part – THEY ARE ALL COMING TO ROCHESTER!!!!!! Naturally I am sure that many of you are very interested about season tickets; How much they are, what benefits they include, how to get them, etc. Well you’re in luck, because I am about to tell you everything you need to know about Season Tickets for the M&T 2012-2013 Broadway Season!!!! First and most important is What’s Coming to Town… 2012/2013 Broadway Season Line Up Special Events* Mary Poppins ~ 10/9/12 – 10/14/12 John Lithgow ~ 9/20/12 Memphis ~ 11/27/12 – 12/2/12 Blue Man Group ~ 11/2/12 – 11/4/12 The Addams Family ~ 2/5/12 – 2/10/13 Wicked~ 4/3/13 – 4/21/13 The Book of Mormon – 3/5/13 – 3/10/13 Les Misérables ~ 5/7/13 – 5/12/13 All great shows, in my opinion, but us at RBTL recognize that everyone has very different tastes and interests when it comes to what they are looking to see at a night out to the theatre. In order to make sure that you truly able to enjoy the full experience of our Broadway Season we encourage you to visit each individual show’s website for highlights and subject matter, and it just so happens that I posted all that information for you in a previous blog found here (https://rbtlbroadwayblog.wordpress.com/2012/03/25/getting-to-know-your-new-season/). Now, on to the second most important piece of information – Prices! How much do season tickets cost?? Well, pricing is based on performance night and seating location, so lets take a look at what options there are…
(https://rbtlbroadwayblog.files.wordpress.com/2012/03/screen-shot-2012-03-28-at-7-58-08-pm1.png) As a Season Ticket holder, you are are able to take advantage of these exclusive benefits: Priority Seating — Reserve the best seat(s) in the house when purchasing the 5-show Season Ticket Package and assure that you’ll never hear the words “sold out”. Advance Tickets — Subscribers have the option to purchase additional tickets to Season Shows and Specials in advance of the general public for themselves or friends and family. Subject to availability. Avoid Waiting — You can avoid long lines by ordering Season Tickets or additional show tickets by phone* or through Account Manager*, from the Auditorium Theatre Box Office. * There is a $6 per ticket processing fee for all tickets not purchased in person at the Box Office. Exchanges — If scheduling conflicts arise during the season, you can switch your tickets to another performance of the same show. Exchanges may be made by phone or in person up until curtain time of your scheduled performance. Phone exchanges may be made for a fee of $4 per ticket. There will not be a fee for exchanges made in person at the Auditorium Box Office. We are not able to accept ticket exchanges for missed performances. (Individual shows reserve the right to limit their exchange policy.) Flexible Payment Options — Renewing Subscribers have the option to pay for their Subscription over time*. (*New Subscribers may take advantage of payment plans if a Subscription is purchased by June 30th of the current Season.) Lost Ticket Insurance — If you misplace your ticket(s), give us a call and we’ll have a seating pass waiting for you at no additional cost. Renewal — Be the first to find out which shows are coming each season, and keep your seats year after year with the option to upgrade when available. Advance Notification — Receive notice of added shows, special events and other opportunities throughout the Season. Ticket Forwarding — Subscribers can forward their tickets to others online using Account Manager. VIP Access — Subscribers have the option to purchase tickets to the President’s Club at the Rothschild Lounge before they go on sale to the public. Now that you have made your decision, you are wondering… Well how do I get season tickets?? Current Subscribers should have received their renewal packets will be received by mail. This year’s renewal deadline is Friday, May 11. New and Returning Subscribers can purchase their season tickets by phone at (585) 222-5000, by fax at (585) 461-1878, online through Account Manager (https://oss.ticketmaster.com/html/home.htmI?l=EN&team=rbtl), in person at the Auditorium Theatre Box Office or by mail – 885 East Main Street, Rochester, NY 14605.
