Case Studies: BMI v. Minicom Farrell v. Strong Line, Inc. Cranbrooke v. Intellex Syllabus:
This course is intended to prepare each student for civil trial practice. The courtroom practice will be in the McCoy courtroom on campus. The courtroom practice will include all phases of trial for each of the three case studies. If everyone in the class agrees, we may practice on additional cases. There will be no final exam. Attendance is mandatory, and grades will be based on preparation and performance. We will plan to use all of the time allowed so that we can avoid having a make-up class on Saturday. The tentative schedule is:
